These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Data Academy website, learner platform, courses, assessments, projects and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a course or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and using your account only for legitimate learning purposes. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred to another person.
Course access
Course access is provided to the learner associated with the verified account and successful enrollment. The current Advanced Data Analytics course is offered as a one-time course purchase unless a checkout page explicitly states otherwise.
Learning and certification
Enrollment does not automatically guarantee course completion, assessment results or certification. Learners must satisfy the applicable learning, project, assessment and certification requirements displayed within the platform.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to access another learner's or staff member's account.
- Interfere with platform security or attempt unauthorized access.
- Submit another person's work as your own.
- Copy, redistribute or commercially resell course materials without permission.
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Course content
Data Academy may update lessons, exercises, projects, assessments, user interfaces or course structure when reasonably necessary to improve the learning experience, maintain accuracy or operate the service.
Payments
Course access that requires payment will be activated only after Data Academy receives and verifies successful payment confirmation. Payment attempts that fail, remain incomplete or cannot be verified do not create paid course access.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, hosting, payment, network or other technical reasons.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the platform, services or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
